In August 2022 we welcomed Austin Green to the Broadcast Media team at Caspian One, working alongside seasoned Principal Consultant, Carl Hemsley. A career in photography has made Austin passionate about the creative industry, and its skills picked up here and working in estate agency, Austin intends to bring to our clientele.

Before recruitment, I was a photographer for nearly 9 years and then worked in an estate agency in the Hampshire and Bournemouth markets.

Recruitment for me is people-based and I have had people as a focus of my career all my life, and so this industry appealed to me because of that.

Coming from a sales background in my photography career and estate agency has set me up with the knowledge of how to manage clients and transactions, and my university and photography career gave me interest and insight into the broadcast industry.

Caspian One specialises in the industry I am interested and have knowledge in. It is a very reputable company with proven success, and it gives me the career flexibility and options I am looking for.

I would like to be successful in every aspect of this role and learn the industry in depth so i can progress to higher levels.
