Fixed-term
engagement model
In our fixed-term model, Caspian One employees are provided to work directly on client engagements. This enables companies to obtain the necessary skillsets required for time-constrained pieces of work, without hiring contractors or increasing internal headcount.
For candidates, the Fixed Term Engagement model offers a balanced 'best of both worlds' scenario, between permanent and contract employment.
They retain the flexibility of contract working but, are permanently employed by Caspian One, receiving associated benefits e.g. holiday allowances.
Benefits:
IR35 secure > employees of Caspian One they just have a consultant on-site; no facilitating tax avoidance, no disguised employee.
The client can take advantage of migrating workforces
Unconstrained engagement > no requirement for specific milestones etc.
Solution when not allowed to use associated for time and materials work; budget sensitive
