Published and compiled by The Business Magazine, Solent 250 is a highly regarded annual list of the top private companies operating across the Solent and South Coast, ranked by annual sales turnover; sponsored by HSBC UK, Irwin Mitchell, RSM UK, CMA Recruitment Group, Vail Williams and the University of Southampton Business School.

To be selected, our CEO & Founder Marcus Graziano was interviewed by the judging panel earlier this year... on topics ranging from the businesses achievements and how we’re contributing to our local communities - to questions about our culture, services, growth, teams, challenges and ambitions!
The judges were looking for nominees to demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to leading and building teams. This included exploring how approaches to wider communities and charitable interests are being embedded, the resilience of our financial performance and what steps are being taken to maintain and develop excellent products and services.
