Prior to working at Caspian One, I have had a range of different experiences ranging from sales to PT. I have a strong interest in health and fitness and love helping people achieve their goals. My most previous role was working as a sales executive for Delicioso, which is a Spanish food company in oxford. I also studied Sport Psychology and Coaching sciences at Bournemouth University.

I have a passion for helping others reach their goals in whatever aspect of life that may be. I also love building relationships and getting to know individuals.

I believe that I have excellent relationship building skills as well as being able to show initiative when looking for new candidates. I also will will work hard and stay motivated even when things are nit always going well.

I applied at Caspian as they are an highly established company in their specialised filed, as well as the values that they believe in. I accepted the role after coming in for the initial interviews as i believe Caspian One will allow me to grow as a recruitment consultant as well as improve my transferable skills.
