As a Strategic Account Manager within Broadcast and Investment Banking, you’ll drive the lead generation and market research efforts to identify and understand the needs of new prospects. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions that meet the unique requirements of your selected client or client portfolio.

As New Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for new client acquisition of specialist technology demand within the Broadcasting and Investment Banking Sector. This individual will work closely with the sales director and the wider sales group to; develop and implement strategies for new business opportunities in the sector.

In this role, you'll develop new business from existing & new Clients alongside working on opportunities introduced by Sales; lead follow-up & prospecting via sales calls & meetings to build pipeline & secure new vacancies, even while working active roles.
Generating, shortlisting, and submitting candidates for live vacancies, overseeing the interview process & generating leads, referrals, and market intel . To succeed, you need to be knowledgeable, organised, efficient, and have excellent sales, communication and problem-solving skills and able to efficiently manage multiple priorities.
You must be emotionally intelligent, proactive, and goal-oriented, with a growth mindset. Working independently, you'll consistently achieve targets and objectives while proactively supporting the team. As a Senior Resourcer, your focus is generating quality candidates and successfully placing them in live vacancies alongside lead follow-up & prospecting via sales calls & meetings to build pipeline, even while working active roles.
You'll oversee the full interview process and manage placements from start to finish, providing attentive candidate aftercare & generating leads, referrals, and market intel. You'll need to be an SME in your market and lead by example, all whilst being independent and goal-oriented.
Being resilient and adaptable, with emotional intelligence, are attributes you need. At the same time, it's essential to demonstrate company values while being proactive and inquisitive.

As a Resourcer, it is your job to find suitable candidates for vacancies.
You will screen and qualify potential candidates, manage their information, and create talent pools. Being a Resourcer, you'll need expert knowledge of your markets and the ability to build strong relationships; you will plan your day effectively and use various platforms to acquire candidates.
This role requires resilience, adaptability and emotional intelligence... while also being proactive, inquisitive, and driven by targets.

Our recruitment process is designed for you to showcase your skills. Relevant candidates will have an initial discussion with someone from our Talent Team.
If you’re successful, we’ll ask you to undertake an assessment – it takes 20 minutes, but it allows us to tailor the questions we have of you to assess you better.
We want you to meet the people in our business with whom you’ll work, so there may be up to two interviews, and we will round off the process with a presentation.
